Site Manager
Lead complex remediation projects as a Site Manager with Cecure. Hands-on role overseeing safety, quality and delivery across Melbourne’s North-East.
Cecure, part of the Mazzei Group, is a specialist construction and remediation business delivering complex rectification, upgrade and live-environment projects across Victoria. We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the safe, high-quality delivery of projects across Melbourne’s North-East metro region.
This is a hands-on role for a strong site leader who values structure, safety and accountability, and who takes pride in delivering defect-free outcomes in operational environments.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the construction phase, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to Cecure’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day site operations across remediation and construction projects
Leading WH&S compliance, inductions, toolbox talks and site safety culture
Coordinating trades, suppliers and consultants to meet programme milestones
Driving short-term and target programmes to achieve project timelines
Maintaining accurate site records, reports and cost tracking using Loop
Managing quality assurance, defect inspections and project close-out
Proactively managing client relationships and resolving on-site issues
About You
You’re an experienced Site Manager who thrives in structured environments and understands the complexities of remediation or commercial-style construction.
You’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager (commercial or remediation preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methodology, documentation and sequencing
Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and manage live sites
Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
Confidence using construction systems (Loop, SharePoint or similar preferred)
Qualifications & Requirements
White Card
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience with project programming tools (Microsoft Project or similar)
Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
