Cecure is a specialist remediation builder delivering complex defect rectification, façade upgrades, fire compliance and structural remediation across Victoria.

Our projects are delivered in live, occupied environments - typically multi-storey apartment buildings - where planning, methodology and stakeholder management are critical. As our pipeline continues to grow, we’re strengthening our pre-construction capability with a commercially sharp Estimator who understands risk in complex buildings.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll play a key role in pricing and securing technically challenging remediation projects.

This is not volume residential estimating - it’s detailed, investigative, methodology-driven work where understanding sequencing, access constraints and live-site risks is essential.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Consultants and Strata stakeholders to build accurate, defendable and well-structured cost plans.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for remediation and rectification projects

• Reviewing drawings, defect reports, engineer scopes and consultant documentation

• Identifying construction risks and pricing appropriate allowances

• Developing methodologies in collaboration with delivery teams

• Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Supporting tender submissions, value engineering and cost planning

• Contributing to continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes

About You

You’re commercially sharp, detail-oriented and comfortable pricing projects where scope isn’t always perfectly defined.

You’ll likely bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in estimating within commercial, remediation or apartment projects

• Strong understanding of façade, cladding, structural or building rectification works

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and identify scope gaps

• Experience pricing live or occupied environments (highly regarded)

• Strong subcontractor network and negotiation capability

• Proficiency in estimating software and Excel

A construction-related qualification is preferred.
