Contract Administrator
Cecure is a specialist remediation builder delivering complex defect rectification, façade upgrades, fire compliance and structural remediation across Victoria.
Our projects are delivered in live, occupied environments - typically multi-storey apartment buildings - where planning, methodology and stakeholder management are critical. As our pipeline continues to grow, we’re strengthening our pre-construction capability with a commercially sharp Contract Administrator who understands risk in complex buildings.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the commercial delivery of complex remediation and defect rectification projects.
Reporting to a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring contracts are administered effectively, financial performance is tightly managed, and project risks are identified early and controlled.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Head Contracts and Subcontracts across live remediation projects
Prepare and issue subcontract agreements and purchase orders
Manage variations, EOTs, delay notices and contractual correspondence
Maintain variation registers and risk registers
Assist with budget tracking, forecasting and monthly financial reporting
Prepare and submit progress claims within contractual timeframes
Support Project Control Group (PCG) reporting
Ensure documentation, permits and insurances are compliant and up to date
Assist with final accounts and project close-out
About You
You will bring:
3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction
Experience delivering projects typically in the $5m–$20m+ range
Strong knowledge of Head Contracts and Subcontract commercial administration
Financial acumen including budgeting, cost control and forecasting
Experience managing variations, EOTs and contractual risk
Excellent attention to detail and documentation control
Tertiary qualification in Building & Construction (Diploma minimum)
Experience in remediation, façade, defect rectification or D&C environments will be highly regarded.
